Payments and Subs
In order for a player to take part in training and matches all subs due should be up to date. All monies owing should be up to date by the weeks end to enable a child to take part in future training sessions or matches. No longer than three weeks unpaid subs should be allowed, non-payment could result in a player being unable to train or play for their club or any other club. Individual managers may set sub payments for holidays and sickness. Any player leaving the club during the season may be charged for replacement kit at the discretion of the individual manager
Safety
Shin pads should be worn at all times in training and matches along with adequate footwear. No jewellery should be worn and no chewing gum during matches. All injuries should be reported to the team manager.

Managers

Respect the rights of each person, treating each equally in the context of sport

Place the well being and safety of each player above all other considerations, including performance.

Develop an appropriate working relationship with each player, based on trust and respect.

Encourage and guide players to accept responsibility for their own behaviour and performance.

Managers should clarify with parents and children at the start of the season what is expected of them and what they should expect from you.

Promote the code of conduct among player’s parents and spectators.

Always display high standards of behaviour and be a role model for everyone connected with your club.
Players
-
Play by the law of the game.

Accept all decisions by the manager, coaches and match officials.

Accept success and failure with good grace.

Never use foul, offensive or abusive language.

Be punctual for training sessions and matches.

Please inform team management if you are unable to attend training or matches.

Always wear the correct kit for training and matches.
Parents
-
Remember, children take part in sport for enjoyment, not to entertain you.

Never ridicule or scold a child for making mistakes. Always encourage players.

Do not force an unwilling child to play.

Teach your child that an honest effort is as important as sportsmanship.

Help your child towards skill improvement and sportsmanship.

Remember that children best learn by example.

Encourage children to play by the rules.

Do not use abusive language or harass players, coaches or officials.

Recognise the value of volunteer coaches.

Show respect to opponents, applaud good play by both teams.

Condemn the use of violence and support all efforts to remove verbal and physical abuse from football.

Respect the decision of the match officials.
-
Alcohol is not allowed at any training or match venue.

On leaving Netherton Colts F.C. your kit must be returned and any outstanding monies paid in full. B.C.F.A. can prevent your child playing elsewhere if the matter is not resolved.

Please air any grievances to your management team or to another member of the N.C.F.C committee.
Availability of Players
Notice is required by the league to cancel a fixture to the shortages of players. 35 days notice must be given to the league in order for a fixture to be cancelled.
Team Selection
The team selection is solely down to the management of the team.
